Second set of artists confirmed for Icebreaker Festival Winter 2022

Following the first small yet blistering announcement, the team at Icebreaker Festival have released the next confirmed batch of headliners and artists to perform at next year’s long awaited Winter festival, taking place on January 29th in Southsea.

Hallan have been busy boys after enjoying their run as BBC 6 Steve Lamaq’s album of the week and will rightfully return to the festival on the Wedgewood Rooms main stage for their first headline set. The four-piece post punk band will rattle “uninspiring modern indie music” and challenge our surroundings with rich observational poetry.

Local favourites Neverman will pair well next door in the Edge of the Wedge for their headline set with their energetic and engaging performance. This inspiring indie band will take you on an adventure after coming against all odds to rise above.

Fresh off their supporting tour for Black Honey, Brighton alt rock gal pals ARXX will bring their fine-tuned mix of garage and gospel to headline The Fox with their pounding vocals and seductive drumming.

More confirmed artists include:

Fast Trains, Hometown Show, Yur Mum, Bella Estelle, Temples of Youth, Horseflies, Coax, Hooli, Sins, Chud, Interstate drive, Joe Burger & Sub Templa, Big Red Ass, J.J. Summer, Spin War, Beige, Number 9, The Freedub Press, Deuxes, Averted, After London, Anna Foye, Armstrong, Cross Wires, Fugitive Orchestra, Frankie Knight, Becoming Branges, Jimmy Herrity, The Great Leslie, Dronningen, The Day of the Rabblement, Calum Lintott.

Many more acts remain to be announced. Keep an eye out for more content and information to be released on social media or the festival news section.
