Icebreaker Festival Winter 2020 Info

Please find below all last minute information you may need for the event.



HOW DO I BUY TICKETS?

Up until 23:59 on the 24th January you can purchase tickets from www.icebreakerfestival.com


From 12pm on the day of the festival you can purchase a wristband from The Fat Fox or The Wedgewood Rooms box office for £15.


Each venue is subject to capacity so please arrive as early as possible to watch the act you wish to see to avoid disappointment.


WHERE DO I EXCHANGE MY TICKET FOR A WRISTBAND

You can exchange your ticket for a wristband at either The Fat Fox or The Wedgewood Rooms box office from 12pm.


DO I NEED TO BRING I.D? Yes, you will need to bring I.D to the festival if you have purchased an over 18's ticket.


WHAT TIME DOES ICEBREAKER START AND FINISH? Please click here for the line up


CAN I BRING ALCOHOL?

No, you cannot bring your own alcohol into the festival. Venues are fully catered for a range of soft and alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly.


WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM ON THE DAY?

Any problems to do with tickets - please visit any of the wristband exchange outlets. If you are lost, concerned for the whereabouts of someone or a serious problem please speak to any member of the door security teams or the police. 


CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN TO ICEBREAKER?

Unfortunately Icebreaker is a 14+ event and cannot accommodate for anyone under this age.


HOW DO I GET THERE?

Icebreaker is held in venues along Elm Grove and Albert Road in Southsea, Portsmouth. Portsmouth park and ride is the best way to enter the city, visit: http://parkandride.portsmouth.gov.uk/


Please note - there is bus replacement services for train services from Fareham & Havant to all Portsmouth Stations.


Portsmouth FC have a game a home against Barnsley in the FA cup, please allow additional time to travel.

ARE THERE ANY REFUNDS FOR TICKETS?

Unfortunately there are no refunds for tickets unless the event is cancelled or postponed.
